Letterways support

How to play

Follow bridges between letters to form a word. Drag through the letters, or tap them and choose Submit. You cannot use a tile twice in one word. Move back along your selection to undo a letter.

Finding a required word removes bridges that no remaining answer needs. Bonus words count as extra discoveries; find them before their routes disappear. Resolve every required word to complete a puzzle.

Hints and rotation

Choose A little help to see a clue, then a starting tile, and finally an optional reveal. There is no hint penalty. Your result records which help you used. Rotate the board when you want a fresh perspective.

Replay the interactive practice boards from Settings at any time.

Offline play and progress

All collections are included in the app. You can play without an internet connection. Progress is saved on the current device; there is no account or automatic progress sync between devices.

Deleting the app removes local progress. Offloading it preserves its data. Apple device backups may include progress, depending on your settings.

Report an issue

Open Your words on a puzzle and choose Report a word or clue. Describe the issue and use Share report… to send it to support using an app you choose. The report includes a puzzle ID so we can find the exact board. Letterways does not send reports automatically.

For other problems, include your app version, device model, iOS version and steps that reproduce the problem. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
